First Post - A Brief Word About THE SOUL

There may not be life after death, but that doesn’t mean there may not be consciousness after death. If awareness crosses over, that means that life/birth in the biological sense is unnecessary for consciousness to exist. This may further open the possibility of sentient machines. Or even, as the ancients believed, sentient rocks, rivers, trees, stars... Non-animals possessing an individual essence as unique as ours, living in their own worlds of sensation & experience we could not even begin to imagine. This understanding would revolutionize the way we as humans live on the planet...
